These terms govern use of the Axioma website and private tutoring services offered by Syed Amar Abbas.
01Service description
Axioma offers private mathematics tutoring (online and/or in Krakow). Submitting a form does not create a paid contract until both parties confirm a plan and terms privately.
02Teaching language
All tutoring sessions are conducted in English. The website interface may be available in additional languages for browsing only.
03Enrollment and contact
Enrollment and contact forms are requests for communication. There is no payment on this website. Syed reviews submissions and replies using a private email address.
04Pricing
Hourly rates shown on the site are indicative and may depend on program level and format. Currency display follows the website language setting. Final pricing is confirmed before sessions begin.
05Scheduling and cancellation
Session times are agreed privately. Cancellation and reschedule rules will be confirmed with you before paid sessions start.
06Student conduct and materials
Students and parents are expected to engage respectfully. Lesson materials shared for personal study remain for private use unless otherwise agreed.
07Limitation of liability
Tutoring supports learning but does not guarantee specific exam scores or admissions outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for sessions already delivered under a confirmed plan.
08Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and lesson materials created by Axioma remain the property of the operator unless otherwise stated.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
